As our Account Director, you will…
Lead a key account within our client services team. As a senior solution-oriented leader, you will be the primary liaison who excels at forging enduring relationships between clients and agency teams. Drawing on your industry knowledge and experience, you will collaborate with team members to create impactful in-store and digital campaigns. This role requires ongoing client engagement and the ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Regularly integrating business, customer, and market insights into the formulation of strategies and marketing initiatives for in-store and owned digital platforms.
- Effectively managing the dual expectations of the agency and our clients.
- Maintaining consistent communication with client teams to share updates on progress, creative campaigns, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with strategy, timelines, and budgets.
- Advising clients through education on strategy, innovative ideas, industry trends, and thought leadership.
- Building and nurturing relationships with clients to address their overall needs and those of the agency.
- Approving internal agency materials intended for client reporting.
- Identifying additional business opportunities and implementing solutions to drive growth.
- Utilizing your expertise to develop strategic creative solutions for both existing and prospective clients.
- Incorporating senior staff from other departments as needed to address project objectives or challenges.
