About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Director to spearhead and nurture our most vital relationships within the Financial Services industry. You will oversee the long-term vision and commercial health of a select portfolio of enterprise accounts. This role transcends traditional account management; you will architect AlphaSense's growth trajectory within elite investment banks, asset managers, and hedge funds.
Your responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of Strategic Financial Accounts, collaborating closely with end users and decision-makers, including C-suite executives, who depend on AlphaSense to maintain a competitive advantage in their markets.
Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to safeguard and expand revenue; you will have specific targets related to Gross Dollar Retention (GDR) and Net Dollar Retention (NDR) to drive growth. While retention and growth metrics are essential, the influence of an Account Director extends beyond conventional KPIs. By thoroughly understanding client needs and workflows, Account Directors provide invaluable insights to our product, marketing, and sales teams, shaping overall strategy and execution across the company.
