Role Overview
As an Account Director, you will lead the charge in illustrating the transformative potential of high-performing AI models for our clients. This multifaceted role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, partnership building, and a focus on delivering value.
You will be instrumental in driving new opportunities within our API Platform throughout the sales cycle, from generating leads to closing deals. Collaborating closely with researchers, engineers, and solution strategists, you will empower our clients to revolutionize their industries through AI integration.
This position is located in Munich. We offer a hybrid work model, requiring three days in the office each week, and provide relocation assistance for new hires.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.
Guide enterprise prospects from the initial consideration phase to successful deployment.
Collaborate with solutions and research engineering teams to design and implement complex customer initiatives.
Take ownership of consumption revenue targets.
Manage forecasts for consumption revenue.
Analyze opportunity metrics to generate reports and insights for internal stakeholders.
Continuously monitor the industry landscape (including competitors and partners) to inform product roadmaps and corporate strategies.
Work in conjunction with various departments including solutions, marketing, communications, operations, finance, product management, and engineering.
Assist in recruiting and onboarding new team members.
Contribute to fostering a positive company culture.
