Qualifications
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead and inspire the overall sales team through active participation in team meetings.Identify and pursue new business opportunities with independent agencies and advertisers in the New York metropolitan area.Consult with clients to understand their marketing objectives and align our solutions accordingly.Generate a high volume of sales activities, including cold calls, meetings, presentations, and proposals, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.Drive new and expand existing revenue through long-term contracts and negotiations.Build and maintain client relationships, gaining deep insights into their business and providing tailored marketing solutions.Expand Viant's market presence across the territory and within key accounts by cross-selling and up-selling our product portfolio.Provide valuable feedback to enhance client service delivery.DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS7+ years of experience in programmatic/ad tech sales with advertising agencies in the New York area.Strong understanding of digital media, ad tech, data targeting, first-party data, platform sales, and optimization strategies.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while quickly mastering our diverse product offerings.Smart, articulate, polished, self-driven, highly motivated team player with excellent problem-solving abilities.
