Your Role as Account Director
As our Account Director, you will oversee a vital account within our client services team. You will serve as a senior solution-oriented leader and the primary point of contact, thriving on building enduring relationships between clients and agency teams. Leveraging your industry knowledge and experience, you will lead and collaborate with team members to create impactful in-store and digital campaigns. This role demands consistent client interaction and high performance in a dynamic environment.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Regularly assimilating business, customer, and marketplace insights to develop strategies and marketing programs for in-store and owned digital properties.
- Effectively balancing the expectations of both the agency and our clients.
- Maintaining ongoing communication with client teams to share progress, creative campaigns, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with strategy, timelines, and budget.
- Advising clients by sharing strategic insights, ideas, trends, and thought leadership.
- Fostering relationships with clients to address the overall needs of both the client and agency.
- Approving internal agency materials for client reporting.
- Identifying additional business needs and implementing solutions to drive growth.
- Utilizing your experience to craft strategic creative solutions for both existing and new clients.
- Incorporating senior staff from other departments as needed to address project objectives or challenges.
