As an Account Director at Telligen, you will take on a pivotal role as a senior leader in client relations and contract management. Your primary responsibility will be the effective oversight and growth of a diverse portfolio of population health and quality measurement programs, particularly those focused on large and complex Medicaid initiatives. You will be the main executive point of contact for our clients, ensuring that we deliver exceptional service, maintain compliance, and achieve strong financial outcomes.
In this capacity, you will also be instrumental in driving growth within your portfolio. This involves identifying and pursuing expansion opportunities, supporting new business development efforts, and fortifying Telligen’s strategic position with both existing and potential clients.
This position is remote; however, candidates must reside in Massachusetts, Maryland, Pennsylvania, or Washington, DC to qualify. Periodic travel to client sites will be required.
