As the Sales Account Director for US National Security, you will be instrumental in shaping TRM's go-to-market strategy within the public sector. Your mission will be to deepen our presence and influence in this critical area. We seek a consultative, customer-centric sales professional who can adeptly manage the entire sales process for both new and existing clients. A solid understanding of the cryptocurrency landscape and an ability to navigate complex public sector processes to secure high-value deals is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Mapping: Build relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their priorities, potential use cases, budget holders, decision-makers, and influencers.
Prospecting: Identify and engage new stakeholders within accounts, recognizing their needs and budgetary considerations.
Nurturing: Strategically manage client relationships, ensuring effective feedback loops, referrals, renewals, upsells, and expansions.
Account Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans that align with company objectives and explore new growth opportunities.
Product Expertise: Leverage in-depth knowledge of TRM products and customer verticals to enhance every stage of the sales cycle.
Customer Advocacy: Actively seek and prioritize customer feedback, championing their needs within TRM.
Loyalty Development: Create a base of satisfied customers who will refer new prospects and provide valuable insights.
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in B2G SaaS sales, particularly within the national security sector.
Proven track record of closing high-value deals (six to seven figures).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of the cryptocurrency ecosystem and related regulatory environments.
