The Account Executive role is pivotal in fostering business relationships while also providing foundational support to our existing clientele.Key Responsibilities:Gain a comprehensive understanding of Sterling Technology's offerings, including their capabilities, benefits, and competitive advantages.Effectively communicate TransPerfect’s value-added processes and services to clients.Establish and nurture relationships with both existing and prospective clients.Engage in a deep understanding of clients’ industries, business needs, and corporate culture to strategically support their growth.Collaborate with your manager to pinpoint opportunities and contacts that will facilitate the expansion of your client portfolio and our strategic partnerships.Provide exceptional customer support and manage client expectations efficiently.Daily project quoting, management, and billing, ensuring seamless coordination with clients and production teams for smooth and profitable operations.Essential Skills and Experience:Proven experience in Account Management and Strategic Business Development within the VDR sector.Strong relationship-building capabilities.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Analytical proficiency for revenue forecasting and budget monitoring.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualifications.Experience in managing and building sales teams is a plus.
