1 Sales & Client Acquisition
- Lead the charge in acquiring new B2B clients, focusing on SMEs to mid-sized enterprises.
- Oversee the entire sales process: from discovery and product demos to proposals, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Present captivating product demonstrations and engaging presentations to potential clients.
- Keep a precise CRM pipeline along with accurate revenue forecasts.
2 Client Onboarding & Implementation
- Take the reins in client onboarding, guiding them from initial setup to a successful go-live.
- Provide comprehensive training to ensure clients effectively utilize the system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee a seamless implementation.
3 Account Management & Client Retention
- Foster and manage relationships with clients post go-live to ensure their success.
- Analyze client usage, adoption rates, and early signs of churn to proactively address concerns.
- Spot opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance client engagement.
- Gather client feedback to drive continuous product enhancements.
