As an Account Executive - Direct Sales, you will play a crucial role in facilitating small business funding approvals by engaging with warm leads provided by our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills, demonstrate a robust work ethic, and exhibit a genuine passion for fostering customer relationships, along with a comprehensive understanding of small business owners and the challenges they face within the industry.
Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and nurture leads to independently build and manage a pipeline of funding approvals.
Utilize email, text, and phone to effectively convey the advantages of our small business funding solutions, customizing discussions to meet each customer's specific needs and challenges.
Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and product understanding, serving as a trusted advisor.
Negotiate and finalize funding agreements, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions.
Exhibit a thorough understanding of the small business financial landscape.
Stay informed about funding product knowledge, market trends, and competitive offerings within the small business financing sector.
