We are on the lookout for a skilled Account Executive specializing in mid-market to enterprise sales, with a strong background in EHS and compliance. Ideal candidates will possess a deep understanding of the unique challenges, regulatory requirements, and operational complexities that safety and compliance professionals face. This position demands a consultative sales approach, adept at navigating multi-stakeholder environments while clearly demonstrating the value of HSI’s comprehensive SaaS solutions.
As part of our team, you will benefit from qualified inbound leads generated by our Business Development Representatives, while also proactively developing a strategic outbound pipeline in valuable sectors such as manufacturing, construction, utilities, energy, healthcare, transportation, and other regulated industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and convert qualified inbound leads, driving the complete sales cycle from discovery through to closing.
- Engage in strategic outbound outreach to targeted accounts within industry-specific verticals.
- Execute consultative discovery sessions to uncover intricate safety, compliance, training, and operational needs.
- Deliver persuasive product demonstrations tailored for EHS, risk management, compliance, and workforce development stakeholders.
- Effectively navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments, including EHS Directors, HR leaders, and Operations VPs.
- Create proposals, construct ROI models, and negotiate multi-solution SaaS agreements.
- Broaden opportunity reach by mapping organizations both vertically and horizontally.
- Maintain precise forecasting, pipeline integrity, and account activity records within Salesforce.
- Continuously enhance your knowledge of HSI’s product suite, EHS and compliance trends, as well as competitive dynamics in the market.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Industry Insight: Solid experience in EHS, compliance, safety training, workforce development, or selling to regulated industries.
- Consultative Selling: Capable of framing solutions focused on risk reduction, operational efficiency, and compliance outcomes.

- Exceptional Communication: Strong skills in storytelling, delivering demonstrations, and communicating at the executive level.
