Key Responsibilities: Promote KeystoneCare's services to both new and existing clients, leveraging networking techniques to broaden our business outreach. Achieve and surpass growth targets set for your territory. Travel independently within the community to meet with referral sources and the public. Develop a foundational understanding of clinical knowledge to effectively support and present KeystoneCare’s services. Manage existing accounts to maintain and deepen partnerships. Coordinate post-acute discharges for homecare and hospice with case managers, discharge planners, social workers, and physicians, ensuring a seamless transition to home or skilled nursing facilities. Provide regular updates to the management team regarding past activities and upcoming marketing plans. Communicate effectively at all levels within the healthcare community. Engage in community education and outreach initiatives. Document all sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups in the agency’s CRM system to ensure transparency and continuity of care. Utilize the CRM to monitor referral sources, manage opportunities, and generate reports that support strategic sales planning and performance assessment. Qualifications: Experience in the healthcare industry is required, particularly in Home Health, Palliative Care, and/or Hospice. A college degree from an accredited institution along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent training. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred experience includes clinical work, customer service, or sales. Ability to thrive under pressure and meet sales objectives. Strong organizational skills with the capability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively. Must possess a reliable vehicle. Valid driver’s license and car insurance in good standing. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or an approved medical or religious exemption. Proof of Influenza vaccination or an approved medical or religious exemption.
