We are looking for a motivated Account Executive (m/f/x) for our Munich office in full-time. In this pivotal role, you will be a key contributor to our growth in Germany, engaging and inspiring healthcare professionals to embrace Doctolib’s solutions.
Your Responsibilities – Shape the Future with Us
- Independent Sales Management: You will oversee the entire sales process from initial contact to successful closure.
- Revenue & Growth Focus: You will be responsible for achieving revenue targets (MRR) and driving growth in your region.
- Customer-Centric Consulting: You will analyze the needs of healthcare professionals, understand their challenges, and delight them with our digital solutions.
- Data-Driven Performance Tracking: You will regularly track your performance using Salesforce and leverage data for a targeted sales strategy.
What You Bring – Your Recipe for Success at Doctolib
- Sales Expertise: A minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, ideally in field sales and the B2B sector.
- Proactive Acquisition Skills: Exceptional skills in acquisition and pitching.
