Position Overview: Account Executive, Paid Social

In the role of Account Executive, the successful candidate will swiftly enhance their understanding of paid advertising across all major social channels, from activation to reporting. They will collaborate with a dynamic team to plan and execute award-winning campaigns in a fast-paced agency environment focused on continuous training and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end setup of paid social campaigns across all relevant platforms.
- Conduct regular quality assurance (QA) checks to ensure campaigns meet established best practice standards.
- Monitor campaign performance and pacing to guarantee expected outcomes, troubleshooting and optimizing campaigns as needed to enhance performance.
- Compile detailed and accurate weekly/monthly campaign performance reports.
