The Parkinson’s Disease (PD) Account Executive (AE) plays a pivotal role in optimizing business prospects with approved on-market products related to the Parkinson’s Franchise. As a PD AE, you will cultivate and sustain strategic business relationships with various healthcare professionals, including Movement Disorder Specialists, Neurologists, Advanced Practice Providers, and support staff. Your focus will be on enhancing understanding of product benefits and risks, identifying therapeutic gaps, driving business growth, utilizing resources effectively, and achieving sales targets pertinent to the assigned Parkinson’s product line. Additionally, you will build and nurture compliant relationships with Parkinson’s advocacy groups and support networks to further assist patients.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver compelling technical and scientific presentations and sales calls using approved data to effectively communicate product benefits and risks, thus driving awareness and achieving sales quotas.
- Identify and address customer needs, fostering relationships that benefit both patients and healthcare providers. Collaborate with AbbVie’s field and internal teams to create tailored strategies and tactics.
- Act as the primary U.S. Commercial contact for targeted accounts within your designated area, ensuring customer needs are met through a comprehensive understanding of AbbVie’s care approach.
- Develop, implement, and communicate strategic and tactical plans for targeted accounts, while monitoring sales performance and updating stakeholders regularly.
- Engage in local neurology society meetings, conferences, patient programs, and advocacy events, representing AbbVie while adhering to OEC and legal guidelines for product discussions.
- Formulate and execute business strategies and territory account plans based on account dynamics and geographical insights.
