ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:
Are you ready to build, grow, learn, and earn? As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in achieving monthly sales targets by engaging with wedding professionals across diverse categories nationwide. Utilizing a consultative sales approach, you will establish rapport with business owners, advising them on best practices and ways to stay ahead of technology and industry trends through The Knot and WeddingWire advertising platforms.
Our Account Executives are self-driven, motivated individuals who consistently meet their monthly sales targets. They excel at forming connections, understanding clients' goals and needs, and fostering relationships with decision-makers in the wedding industry. The New Business Sales team focuses on creating valuable partnerships with wedding professionals, driving substantial success for their businesses.
The anticipated salary for this position ranges from $42,000 to $53,000. This figure is just one part of The Knot Worldwide's comprehensive rewards package for employees, which also includes health insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, paid sick leave, personal time off, and parental leave. Additional variable compensation and performance bonuses may also be available.
