About the Team
We are expanding our Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) Product Sales team to proactively connect with prospects and customers, assisting them in transforming their businesses through Stripe’s innovative platform.
The global Product Sales team at Stripe plays a pivotal role in driving revenue and growth. As trusted business partners, we aim to facilitate users' understanding of Stripe’s offerings and their seamless integration, allowing them to focus on what truly matters: their business. Renowned for our product expertise, analytical approach, and user-centric problem-solving, we also serve as a crucial source of user feedback and market insights, directly influencing Stripe’s product roadmap and growth strategy.
Your Role
As an Account Executive focused on BaaS, your sales and product acumen will be vital in propelling the growth of Stripe’s BaaS products (Issuing, Capital, & Treasury) across diverse customer segments. You will partner with product, engineering, marketing, and other go-to-market teams to cultivate deep product and industry knowledge and navigate complex deals. Your role will involve leading comprehensive product discussions with both existing and prospective clients, while executing our strategic go-to-market initiatives.
You are an experienced sales professional adept at engaging in both business-level and technical conversations across various organizational tiers. You excel at establishing value in competitive environments and thrive on products that necessitate profound product understanding combined with technical insight. Comfortable collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders alike, you are eager to become an expert in your field and share that knowledge. As an organized self-starter and exceptional communicator, you possess analytical skills and a proven track record of enhancing processes and organizations around you.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth, enhance attach rates, and acquire new clients across a diverse range of customers, including SMBs, Startups, and Digital Natives.
