The Role
As the Account Executive Program Manager, you will enhance the performance and revenue generation of the New Sales team alongside the current program manager. Your role will focus on equipping our sellers with the skills, confidence, knowledge, and resources necessary for effective execution. You will design, implement, and refine enablement and training programs—both one-on-one and in group settings—while ensuring sales processes and communications are clear and impactful. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for seller performance improvement, maintain standards, and scale best practices to maximize revenue outcomes, supporting the overall success of Bloomerang's initiatives.
What You Will Do
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new sellers
- Enhance seller skills through coaching, group training sessions, and targeted programs
- Lead change management initiatives and promote the adoption of new processes as we expand
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to develop strategies that boost team performance
What You Need to Succeed
- Provide coaching to representatives through individual and group sessions, enhancing skills, confidence, and consistency in meeting targets
- Train New Business representatives on effectively selling and bundling the One Giving Platform
- Assist Account Executives (especially in mid-market) in developing advanced selling skills, including multithreading and board-level discussions, to expand the sales pipeline
- Consolidate feedback from teams such as Marketing and RevOps into clear directives, protecting reps from unnecessary distractions
- Partner with sales leaders and RevOps to ensure the sales process remains clear, actionable, and adhered to
- Actively explore and adopt AI tools to enhance daily operations and support Bloomerang's mission
- Help Account Executives connect with the Giving Platform effectively
