The Account Executive plays a crucial role in accelerating the growth of Certus’ B2B training solutions within a designated territory. This position entails managing the complete sales cycle, focusing on expanding our training offerings through tailored, solutions-oriented strategies across various industries. The ideal candidate is driven by results, excels in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about establishing and nurturing client relationships. Responsibilities:
Exhibit a deep understanding of our digital and in-person training products and their advantages for clients.
Identify and target new customer opportunities through value-based selling and attentive listening to align proposals with prospect needs.
Engage in regular coaching sessions with Sales Management to implement feedback and improve performance.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the market, industry trends, and competitive dynamics.
Conduct persuasive product demonstrations and articulate value propositions to a diverse audience of decision-makers, including senior executives.
Collaborate with Marketing to create compelling messaging and campaigns.
Maintain thorough records of client and prospect interactions within Salesforce.
Consistently cultivate a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.
