Role Overview:
As an Account Management Associate, you will play a crucial role in nurturing relationships with our high-value professionals (Pros). You will ensure their success and growth by managing existing accounts, facilitating account expansion, and selling additional products to enhance revenue potential. With a portfolio of approximately 100–130 Pros, your focus will be on establishing trust-based relationships through tailored, consultative solutions that align with their business objectives. Your proactive approach to customer retention will help identify opportunities for increased engagement and measurable growth.

Daily Responsibilities:
- Establish and cultivate long-term relationships with Pros to foster engagement and account growth.
- Act as the primary contact for your portfolio, ensuring effective communication, alignment on goals, and prompt follow-through on commitments.
- Support contract renewals by addressing concerns proactively, reinforcing the value we offer, and strengthening long-term partnerships.
- Identify and execute opportunities to grow accounts through targeted strategies.
