- Act as a liaison for specific designated clients, ensuring seamless coordination and support.
- Serve as a backup for Account Managers in non-customer-facing roles when assistance is required.
- Engage in customer service evaluations, satisfaction surveys, and conduct analyses for assigned clients as well as the Account Management team.
- Facilitate business growth and customer loyalty by fostering strong client relationships.
- Oversee the accuracy of shipment and performance data.
- Help generate system reports to manage and communicate exceptions to Operations, Account Managers, and customers across the organization.
- Track performance metrics against the established KPIs agreed upon with clients.
- Assist in maintaining pricing, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and process enhancements as necessary.
- Support the internal accounts receivable processes related to customer accounts at Expeditors.
- Contribute to the preparation of Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and competitive pricing in collaboration with relevant product teams and Account Managers.
- Participate in activities aimed at enhancing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) with clients.
- Assist with the approval processes for new rates and shipping lanes.
- Take on additional tasks and projects as assigned by Account Managers to drive strategic account development.
- Provide administrative support to the Account Management department as needed.
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers to identify client needs, evaluate opportunities, and propose optimal solutions.
- Support special projects as directed by management.
