The Opportunity
BlueScope's Lysaght division is seeking a motivated Account Manager to become part of our dynamic sales team located in Hume, ACT. Established in Australia in 1921, Lysaght is known for manufacturing and marketing high-quality steel building products that have significantly influenced the nation’s landscape, from residential rooftops to large commercial and industrial projects.
In this exciting, customer-centric role, you will be responsible for cultivating and enhancing relationships with our key customers, ensuring their needs are met now and in the future. You will devise and implement sales strategies aimed at achieving profitable growth in revenue, margin, and market share for our business.

Your Responsibilities
Focusing on the home improvements and residential market, you will:
- Strengthen partnerships with our existing customers while identifying avenues for service enhancement and growth.
- Identify and engage new customers by building sustainable relationships with essential stakeholders.
- Develop and implement targeted call cycles and account strategies that align with business goals, customer needs, and market trends.
