As an Account Manager at Phocas Software, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding the commercial relationships with our valued customers. Your primary focus will be on identifying growth opportunities, engaging in strategic discussions with executive stakeholders, and consistently enhancing customer satisfaction to maximize their investment in our solutions.
You will collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to transform adoption indicators into actionable business discussions, as well as work with cross-functional departments to ensure that the right solutions are delivered at the right time. This role is pivotal at the crossroads of relationship management and revenue generation, requiring a balanced approach to both.
