Your Role: As an Account Manager, you will work closely with the Sales department, Account Management team, and cross-functional partners to ensure operational excellence and detail-oriented execution.

Your Impact: This role is crucial in delivering a seamless customer experience post-sale, overseeing onboarding, account configuration, migrations, and ongoing service delivery. Your efforts will ensure our global clientele receives consistent, high-quality service, driving SLA performance, supporting issue resolution, and fostering strong operational transparency across workflows.

Daily Responsibilities:
