The Account Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction, health, and retention of Storable’s Risk partners. This position emphasizes the proactive identification and management of risks while fostering long-term partnerships aimed at enhancing product adoption and performance across Storable’s risk offerings.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing a portfolio of clients, preferably in a SaaS or storage-related sector, and will be adept at cultivating trusted relationships that yield consistent, long-term value.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture robust, long-lasting relationships with assigned partners.
- Proactively identify, forecast, and manage account risks by creating and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Communicate partner needs and risk management requirements effectively to internal teams.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of customers’ businesses, market trends, and the competitive landscape, offering valuable insights to leadership.
- Spot growth opportunities by analyzing product usage, performance metrics, and partner requirements.
- Manage at-risk accounts as necessary and implement retention strategies to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead client discussions to promote adoption, performance, retention, and upsell possibilities.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure quick resolution of escalated issues and deliver a seamless partner experience.
- Utilize CRM and Client Success tools to monitor engagement, account health, and retention metrics.
