Your Role:
The Account Manager will play a crucial role in cultivating new business relationships while serving as the primary support for our existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop potential clients through various strategies such as online research, trade show attendance, referrals, and professional directories.
- Close new client deals through networking, cold calling, and attendance at industry events.
- Expand business opportunities with current clients by collaborating with senior leadership to enhance relationships and upsell our services.
- Innovatively address challenges to refine our business development strategies.
- Negotiate project rates and timelines with both prospective and existing clients.
- Educate clients about the translation process, including pricing structures and turnaround justifications, while comparing with industry competitors.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure meticulous handling of all projects, ensuring the highest quality outcomes.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to verify satisfaction with our services, quality, and overall customer experience.
- Stay informed about the industries we serve, key players, and relevant current events.
- Assist with special projects or additional duties as necessary.
