As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering relationships with our esteemed chain partners, driving growth, ensuring operational excellence, and executing comprehensive marketing strategies. You will engage with some of the most recognized brands, stores, and restaurants across Morocco.
THE JOURNEY
Build and maintain strong relationships with Glovo’s key partners through proactive communication, understanding their needs, and enhancing engagement via regular partner meetings and business reviews.
Lead negotiations for strategic Joint Business Plans with top partners.
Regularly assess and report on your portfolio and performance metrics. Utilize data-driven insights to enhance operational KPIs with partners.
Conduct in-depth analyses of Glovo’s business challenges and recommend actionable strategies.
Design and implement growth strategies, leveraging promotions, marketing activations, and optimizing menu performance to enhance partner growth.
Take decisive actions to achieve your goals and align with company OKRs (Growth, Revenue, Operations).
Boost Glovo’s revenue by renegotiating commissions and promoting Glovo’s assets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, finance) to ensure we deliver exceptional service to our partners.
