About the job
The Provider & User Management team at Cohere Health is dedicated to creating a proactive and supportive partnership experience for healthcare providers within our health plan clients’ networks. As an Account Manager specializing in Delivery Solutions, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of provider practices and health systems, acting as a trusted partner and the primary point of contact for inquiries, program support, and escalations.
In this pivotal role, you will work closely with both clinical and operational teams to enhance provider engagement, facilitate educational outreach initiatives, and assist providers in navigating new workflows and program implementations. You will be instrumental in guiding providers to effectively adopt Cohere’s innovative solutions while enhancing their overall experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison for a designated portfolio of provider practices and health systems, providing education, training, communication, and ongoing support to ensure successful engagement with Cohere programs and workflows.
- Serve as the connection between Cohere and providers involved in government-sponsored health plans, addressing platform and administrative questions, supporting provider training, and ensuring compliance with payer requirements and regulatory obligations.
- Manage and resolve provider escalations, including grievances or disagreements related to clinical guidelines, while coordinating closely with internal clinical, compliance, legal, and operational teams.
- Lead provider onboarding, program implementation, and workflow transition efforts, helping practices adapt to new processes, platform enhancements, and regulatory changes to ensure successful adoption.
- Engage proactively with providers through targeted outreach, education, and sharing of best practices to improve adherence, increase auto-approval rates, and optimize prior authorization workflows.
- Monitor portfolio performance through reporting and scorecards to identify risks and opportunities to enhance clinical quality, reduce manual review of authorization requests, and support provider success.
