Qualifications
ResponsibilitiesDrive growth within accounts by identifying, positioning, and closing upsell opportunities among existing clients.Conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders to evaluate product adoption, realized value, and opportunities for expansion.Cultivate and sustain trusted relationships with construction leaders, finance teams, and operational stakeholders.Maintain precise pipeline, activity, and forecast data in our CRM (HubSpot).Represent Finvari in customer meetings, site visits, and industry events as necessary.Act as the customer's voice internally, providing valuable product and market feedback to Sales, Product, and Leadership teams.Collaborate with the Chief Revenue Officer on account strategy, opportunity prioritization, and deal execution.QualificationsBachelor’s degree and 3+ years of quota-carrying experience in account management, customer success, or a related field.Proven track record in consultative selling and account management.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Experience with CRM tools, particularly HubSpot.

Role Overview
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire expansion sales cycle for a designated portfolio of mid-market construction clients. This role is ideal for a consultative salesperson who thrives on strategic account management and is dedicated to uncovering opportunities for delivering enhanced value to our clients.
You will work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer, Sales Team, and Customer Success to maximize customer lifetime value while identifying and capitalizing on upsell opportunities over time.
This position is remote but requires residency in Florida.
