Your Role:
As an Account Manager, you will be pivotal in establishing new business relationships while also acting as the primary support contact for existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop prospective clients through various methods including internet research, trade show participation, referrals, and professional directories.
- Engage potential clients with outreach strategies such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Enhance existing client relationships by collaborating with senior leadership to upsell TransPerfect services.
- Employ creative problem-solving techniques to optimize the new business development approach.
- Negotiate project rates and timelines with both prospective and current clients.
- Educate clients on the translation process, including our pricing structure, turnaround justifications, and market comparisons.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure all projects are executed with the utmost precision and detail.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to guarantee satisfaction with deliverables, quality, and overall service.
- Stay informed about the industries we serve, including market leaders and relevant trends.
- Assist with special projects or additional duties as needed.
