About the Role
We are excited to announce that we are seeking an Account Manager, Grocery (East) to spearhead and expand Grüns’ Conventional Grocery business with key retail partners across the East Coast, including Kroger, Harris Teeter, Publix, and Wegmans. This position is vital as we strengthen existing partnerships, broaden our distribution network, introduce innovative products, and strategically enhance our presence in the East grocery market.
You will be the primary business owner for these accounts—overseeing strategy, execution, performance, and relationship management from start to finish. The grocery sector is a high-touch, complex arena, and this role will ensure robust cross-functional collaboration, disciplined management, and impeccable execution across product launches, promotional campaigns, and display initiatives.
In addition to maintaining the business, you will be tasked with developing a scalable, profitable revenue stream—transforming buyer conversations from mere transactional updates to insight-driven growth strategies, identifying opportunities for expansion, and crafting retailer-specific playbooks that enhance profit margins and fortify long-term partnerships.
This position is part of our remote headquarters. We operate in a fully remote, high-trust environment and gather quarterly for in-person off-site meetings. Monthly travel to visit retail partners and attend key events will be required as needed.
