The Account Manager (AM) plays a pivotal role in nurturing client relationships and overseeing production processes within the Medical Device sector. Reporting directly to the Director of Strategic Accounts, the AM collaborates with the regional Sales team and the Production team to enhance their skills in managing diverse accounts, uncovering new opportunities, and expanding existing client partnerships through exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly understand client needs and ensure that the teams and processes are aligned to meet those needs while setting and managing client expectations effectively.
- Implement efficient processes that ensure customer satisfaction, quality delivery, and growth of client accounts, keeping all stakeholders informed of account status and direction.
- Consult with the Team Lead (TL) to advise medical device clients on optimal localization practices, leveraging the company’s productivity tools and technology to enhance account efficiency.
- Participate in meetings with Sales and clients; act as a liaison for both internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries, facilitating positive outcomes for both immediate and long-term needs, and swiftly resolving issues as they arise. Document and support Compliance Reports as necessary to track issues and promote improvements, working closely with the TL to implement necessary measures or resources for project success.
- Assist in tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) for managed accounts.
- Negotiate budgets and timelines with clients; collaborate with the Production team to assess project scope; prepare project proposals or review quotes generated by the production team, including Quotes Team, Project Coordinators, Project Managers, and Associate Account Managers.
- Exhibit a keen interest in the client’s industry, products, business requirements, and company culture to provide top-tier service.
- Guarantee project success by delivering detailed process instructions (including timelines and budgets) to the project team, monitoring progress and maintaining communication with clients and the Production team. Ensure the team adheres to deadlines, budgets, and specifications while providing them with essential information for delivering high-quality outputs. Regularly follow up with clients to confirm their satisfaction with our delivery, quality, and service.
