As an Account Manager in our Medical Device division, you will play a crucial role in nurturing client relationships and overseeing production processes. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Accounts, you will collaborate with our regional Sales team and Production team to navigate the complexities of diverse accounts. Your primary goal will be to identify new opportunities while expanding existing client relationships through exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Thoroughly understand client requirements and ensure the processes align with their expectations, consistently meeting and managing those expectations.
Develop and maintain effective processes that cater to customer needs, enhance quality, drive client satisfaction, and promote the growth of client accounts while keeping all stakeholders informed about account status and direction.
Consult with the Team Lead to provide expert advice to medical device clients on optimal localization practices, leveraging our productivity tools and technology to enhance efficiency.
Participate in meetings with Sales and clients; serve as an escalation point for both internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries, facilitating optimal outcomes for immediate and future needs, and resolving issues promptly. Document issues and foster improvements by working with the Team Lead to implement necessary actions or resources for project success.
Assist in tracking and reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for managed accounts.
Negotiate budgets and timelines with clients; collaborate with the Production team to evaluate project scope; prepare project proposals and review quotes from various team members including Project Coordinators and Account Managers.
Exhibit a proactive interest in the client's industry, products, business needs, and corporate culture to deliver top-tier service.
Ensure project success by providing comprehensive process instructions (including timelines and budgets) to the project team, closely monitoring project status, and acting as the primary contact for clients and our Production team. Enforce strict adherence to deadlines, budgets, and specifications, supplying the team with all necessary information to deliver high-quality outputs. Consistently follow up with clients to confirm satisfaction with our deliverables, quality, and service.
