Account Manager - Time & Materials (Banking Sector)
Role Mission
Key Responsibilities:
Identify opportunities for IT staffing (development, QA, architecture, cybersecurity, data, digital channels, core banking, etc.) and lead the complete sales cycle (prospecting, proposal, negotiation, closing).
Manage relationships with relevant client areas to identify business opportunities (Purchasing, Technology Directors, Operations, Risk, Digital Channels).
Coordinate internally with People and Delivery teams to ensure T&M profiles are filled in a timely manner and meet client requirements.
Oversee contract compliance (SLAs, service KPIs, renewals, extensions, penalties) and manage escalations.
Drive up-selling and cross-selling initiatives with the sales team focused on selling additional services.
Maintain an updated and predictable pipeline, reporting forecasts and commercial results regularly.

Analytical skills (P&L, pricing, service KPIs).
Effective communication and long-term relationship building.
Proactive with the ability to work autonomously and coordinate with a large team of sector sales professionals.
