We are searching for an enthusiastic Account Manager to join our London team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a critical ally to some of the South of England’s most esteemed restaurants, nurturing relationships that will enable them to amplify their online sales.

Your Responsibilities
As part of the Regional UK and Ireland team, you will be our local expert responsible for advancing Deliveroo’s performance across the four nations, managing the finest restaurants from Brighton to Belfast to harness our significant growth potential.
Here’s a glimpse of your daily activities:
Enhance Partner Performance: Leverage data analysis and industry insights to boost order volumes and unlock growth opportunities for our premier restaurant partners.
Manage Senior Relationships: Establish and cultivate impactful partnerships through regular face-to-face and virtual communication.
Negotiate High-Value Contracts: Lead commercial negotiations to secure optimal partnership terms and long-lasting value.
Optimize Operations: Collaborate with restaurant and rider operations teams to identify and resolve friction points, enhancing overall efficiency.
Act as a Local Market Expert: Be the representative face of Deliveroo in your region, staying ahead of industry trends to innovate and propose new growth strategies.
Note: This role involves traveling to meet partners in Colchester, Chelmsford, Ipswich, and nearby areas; therefore, possessing a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is preferred.
