About The Role
We are looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Account Manager to enhance our expanding team. In this position, you will closely collaborate with Account Executives, clients, key partners, and internal teams to ensure outstanding support throughout the sales operations process. You will be instrumental in fostering long-lasting, trustworthy relationships with clients by delivering accurate, timely service and promoting operational excellence.
This role demands both meticulous attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, proactive, and capable of shifting between support and leadership responsibilities as required.
Location: Remote – Candidates must be based in the Austin, TX area
Other responsibilities include:
- Acting as a trusted advisor to key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
- Facilitating new client onboarding and growth initiatives in collaboration with Sales
- Producing timely, accurate quotes and ensuring smooth order placement and processing
- Managing customer accounts, including contract and agreement negotiations
- Coordinating with internal and external teams to forecast stocking needs and delivery schedules
- Advocating for clients with a focus on enhancing the customer experience
- Collaborating cross-functionally to guarantee timely and accurate delivery of all orders
