Foster and nurture strong partnerships with restaurant collaborators, gaining insight into their requirements and ensuring their expectations are consistently met.
Oversee the menu quality index, maintain price parity, and implement vendor-funded deals to enhance affordability.
Establish new commercial relationships while revitalizing existing connections through tailored offers.
Negotiate preferred partnerships and identify new profitability avenues through upselling strategies.
Take full ownership of your portfolio's performance, from sales metrics to in-store operations, marketing strategies, and day-to-day partner support.
Schedule regular in-person meetings with all partners within your assigned portfolio to maintain strong relationships.
Deliver proactive and comprehensive performance reports to partners.
Negotiate and onboard restaurants for various advertising products to facilitate their growth.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly targets in collaboration with your team lead to ensure consistent portfolio expansion.
Maintain detailed reporting on your portfolio’s performance metrics.
Promote new services to existing restaurant partners, including logistics solutions, loyalty programs, and digital adoption via the talabat vendor dashboard.
