Role Summary:
We are in search of a meticulous and results-oriented Accounting Manager to bolster our expanding and increasingly nuanced accounting operations.
Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Corporate Accounting and Compliance, you will oversee vital general ledger components—including compensation, leases, accruals, and consolidations—while playing a pivotal role in managing the month-end close process, internal reporting, and audit preparation.
This position is designed for a proactive professional who excels at driving execution, introducing structure to complex workflows, and is poised to take full ownership of the month-end close process over time.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish robust ownership over critical general ledger areas in a dynamic, high-growth setting.
Contribute significantly to the scaling of accounting processes following multiple acquisitions.
Gradually assume broader responsibilities related to the month-end close process.
Enhance efficiency, scalability, and audit readiness within the accounting function.
Impact Areas:
Ownership of Key General Ledger Areas
Lead comprehensive accounting for compensation (payroll and equity), leases, accruals, and intercompany consolidations.
Manage the entire cycle for assigned areas, including journal entries, account reconciliations, variance analysis, and internal reporting.
Guarantee the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial results in line with GAAP and organizational policies.
Execution of Month-End Close and Internal Reporting
Collaborate with the Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting and Compliance to oversee the close timeline and ensure adherence to deadlines.
