- Assist in processing payments for approved supplier invoices within designated credit terms while adhering to company procedures.
- Conduct creditor reconciliations for suppliers to ensure accurate record-keeping and identify any discrepancies.
- Maintain organized filing systems for efficient retrieval of financial information.
- Engage in administrative activities and special assignments to deepen your understanding of accounting and office operations.
- Carry out additional tasks as directed by management as needed.
