Your Role:
Accurate data entry of invoices to ensure error-free processing.
Address payment inquiries and resolve issues from vendors and internal stakeholders.
Process payments to suppliers, including:
Recurring lease/loan payments based on contractual agreements.
Monthly operational payments for essential services like rent, telecommunications, and more.
Irregular payments for invoiced items from various vendors.
Employee reimbursements for approved expenses.
Payments to government entities and tax authorities.
Code invoices with the appropriate General Ledger accounts.
Conduct vendor and company reconciliations.
Maintain effective communication with other departments, TransPerfect offices, and vendor accounts receivable departments to streamline accounts payable processes.
Process expense reports through Concur.
Promptly report any service disruptions arising from delayed or missing payments.
Monitor and track late payments, including vendor details, invoice dates, and any applicable late fees.
Foster a collaborative team environment within the accounting department.
Scan and archive documents as required.
Notify vendors upon payment completion.
Communicate with payees regarding any payment discrepancies.
Engage in special projects as directed by management.
What We Seek:
Meticulous attention to detail.
Proficient computer skills; familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
Ability to thrive in high-pressure scenarios.
Strong problem-solving capabilities.
Understanding of the chart of accounts.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 1 year in an office setting.
