In this rewarding part-time role, you will be a vital part of our team, responsible for designing and implementing engaging activities that enhance the quality of life for our residents. Your creativity and leadership will shine as you foster social connections and promote a vibrant community atmosphere.
This position is part-time and temporary, scheduled for Sundays and Mondays over a 12-week period.
Core Responsibilities:
- Life Enrichment: Create innovative and enriching activities tailored to our memory care residents to ensure their personal satisfaction.
- Communications: Develop engaging newsletters, flyers, activity calendars, and other materials to enhance awareness and involvement among residents, families, and staff.
- Event Planning: Proactively design and implement creative programs and outings that enrich the lives of our residents.
- Management: Oversee the activities budget and inspire the activities team to meet our goals.
- Social Connectivity: Encourage resident participation and gather feedback to continually improve our programs, ensuring family members and guests are involved whenever possible.
