Your Role:
- Prioritize and advocate for the wellbeing of students under your care.
- Prepare and deliver afternoon and premium activities, ensuring a delightful experience for all participants.
- Develop session plans and conduct risk assessments for all afternoon and evening events.
- Facilitate daily meetings with the activity team, assigning tasks based on their skills and interests.
- Organize and lead quality excursions that motivate and excite students, ensuring the Excursion Pack is well-prepared ahead of outings.
- Display student lists for activities and excursions promptly.
- Manage student attendance for all activities and excursions.
- Oversee the student sign-up process for weekly activities.
- Deliver high-quality experiences that meet the expectations of our students and stakeholders.
- Foster positive relationships with students to enhance their overall experience.
- Maintain student behavior, applying appropriate encouragement or sanctions as necessary.
- Ensure the utmost safety of students, adhering to our safeguarding and health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with the Customer Care Team regarding activity programming issues, incidents, and enrollments.
- Lead and assist in training and onboarding staff members.
- Support Activity Leaders in preparing and delivering activities, conducting quality observations of sessions.
- Confirm reservations with excursion and premium providers, adjusting participant numbers as needed.
- Ensure payment methods with excursion providers are validated and confirmed.
- Manage the distribution of public transport tickets where necessary.
- Prepare and circulate staff rotas for the activity leader team.
- Supervise students’ free time professionally, ensuring ALPADIA’s staff-to-student ratios are consistently upheld.
- Enforce residence rules and maintain a tidy accommodation environment.
- Monitor student bedtimes and wake-up times, providing staff coverage as required.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures when necessary.
