Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Vehicle Engineering, Automation, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.Experience: 1-3 years of systems engineering experience in ADAS or autonomous driving, with a preference for candidates with experience in mass production projects.Technical Skills:Familiarity with core ADAS components (cameras, millimeter-wave radar, LiDAR, ultrasonic sensors) and their operational principles.Understanding of systems engineering methodologies, including requirement analysis, system modeling, functional decomposition, and interface definition.Knowledge of AUTOSAR architecture and communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, Ethernet, and diagnostic protocols (UDS, etc.).Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++ and Python is a plus.Soft Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to facilitate cross-departmental collaboration and demonstrate effective problem-solving and stress management abilities.

Lead the comprehensive requirement analysis and breakdown for Level 2 ADAS functionalities, including AEB, ACC, LKA, BSD, and FCTA/B, while designing the architecture for new features.
Engage in discussions regarding customer requirements, defining non-functional module linkages such as EDR, cloud integrations, and DVR functionalities.
Establish data, signal interfaces, and communication mechanisms between various customer project modules.
Evaluate the performance of sensor installation positions.
Maintain the System Requirement Specification documentation.
Assess system computational resource needs, including CPU, GPU, and AI processing power.
Analyze communication bandwidth requirements for protocols like CAN, Ethernet, and DDR.
Interpret regulatory requirements such as ENCAP, CNCAP, ANCAP, KNCAP, JNCAP, R152, R79, R48, and L2GB.
