The VMSC EMS Training Institute offers accredited EMT, AEMT, and Paramedic education, fully aligned with the Pennsylvania Department of Health and national standards. Our comprehensive programs prepare students for NREMT certification and careers in EMS through engaging classroom instruction, hands-on skills labs, and real-world clinical experiences.
As an Adjunct EMS Instructor, you will be pivotal in equipping students for success in their certification exams and field practice. We are actively seeking passionate instructors to teach various aspects of our EMS programs, including classroom, lab, and clinical components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality instruction in EMT, AEMT, and/or Paramedic courses as assigned.
- Demonstrate and assess EMT skills and scenarios effectively.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to foster student achievement.
- Ensure adherence to Pennsylvania EMS regulations and program protocols.
Qualifications:
- Valid Pennsylvania Paramedic certification.
- Current Pennsylvania EMS Instructor certification.
- A minimum of 2 years of recent EMS or emergency/critical care experience.
- Current BLS certification; ACLS/PALS required for Paramedic-level instruction.
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
