Your Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative operations within the office;
- Assist the Country Manager with daily responsibilities;
- Prepare and analyze reports utilizing spreadsheets;
- Gather data and leverage various tracking tools;
- Conduct research and oversee special projects, including health and safety initiatives;
- Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes;
- Coordinate business travel arrangements, including flights and accommodations;
- Organize and schedule meetings;
- Oversee office logistics, including arrangements for client gifts;
- Plan and manage logistics for both internal and external events (e.g., meet-ups, holiday parties, team development events);
- Consolidate invoices for multiple accounts and prepare necessary documentation;
- Streamline documentation workflows using tools such as DocuSign and Kissflow;
- Collaborate with other departments to address operational needs;
- Engage with suppliers, vendors, and external service providers, including payroll and accounting firms.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative role;
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy;
- Proven ability to work independently and manage competing priorities;
- A positive attitude and a willingness to embrace challenges;
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
