- Providing general administrative support to the team
- Offering practical and organizational assistance for daily operations
- Preparing and processing purchase orders, services, and billing
- Tracking and managing office supply orders
- Distributing, classifying, and copying documents
- Ensuring proper and organized archiving as per guidelines
- Providing administrative support to the purchasing agent and closely monitoring the procurement process
- Preparing, tracking, and independently finalizing files
- Initiating, applying, and monitoring administrative procedures in a timely manner
- Carrying out administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor or project lead
