The Administrative Coordinator for OMII plays a pivotal role in delivering high-level administrative, academic, and programmatic support within the department. With a focus on exceptional customer service, this position serves as the primary liaison for faculty and staff, managing interactions with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the department chair, faculty, staff, and students; resolve issues or escalate concerns to the department administrator as needed while providing outstanding customer service.
- Offer daily administrative assistance to the department administrator and chair.
- Execute general office duties including answering phones, responding to emails, scheduling meetings, ordering supplies, and managing documents.
- Assist program directors by coordinating interviews, tracking data, and providing support with technology needs.
- Facilitate faculty needs by scheduling courses and events, arranging travel, and processing financial transactions.
- Help prepare grant submissions and act as a liaison among various stakeholders.
- Oversee departmental purchasing and financial transactions.
