In this pivotal role, you will provide essential secretarial and administrative support services that enhance the efficiency of our organization. Your responsibilities will include screening and directing incoming calls to Hunterdon Hospice, maintaining accurate medical records for our patients, and assisting with the monthly billing processes.
As part of your duties, you will manage referrals from the Hospice Liaison and other designated staff, ensure precise scheduling for Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA), and prepare various documents such as memos, policies, reports, and meeting minutes as directed by the Director of Hunterdon Hospice. You will also process patient orders under the guidance of the Hospice Clinical Coordinator.
