We are seeking an Administrative Operations Assistant to enhance our Talent Acquisition team by providing essential administrative support, managing metrics, and preparing insightful reports. This role is ideal for individuals with 3 to 5 years of experience who possess exceptional organizational skills and a passion for working with data.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and distribute weekly emails to update the team on hiring progress.
Maintain weekly metrics for each branch within the Talent Acquisition KPIs system.
Record weekly indicators assigned to recruiters and onboarding coordinators in the KPI tracker.
Conduct weekly audits of the ATS to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Prepare metric templates for new reporting cycles.
Create TA dashboards for leadership meetings.
Generate ad-hoc reports as requested.
Coordinate one-on-one meetings between managers and their direct reports.
Mandatory Requirements:
Advanced English proficiency (B2+ or C1) to be validated through an interview or test.
3 to 5 years of experience in administrative, support, or similar roles.
Intermediate Excel skills (intensive data entry, filters, basic tables).
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Desired Skills (not mandatory):
Previous experience with ATS, KPIs, or HR metrics.
Experience in reporting, coordination, or back office roles.
Experience across industries; home care background is not required. Additional Excel training will be provided if needed.
