We are currently looking for a talented Advanced Development Expert in Powertrain Electrification to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role will drive the advancement of our cutting-edge material solutions, ensuring we remain leaders in technological innovation.
Your Role:
In this position, you will spearhead global projects that focus on the development of pioneering technologies and processes for e-powertrain components, including e-motors, inverters, high-voltage connectors, charging plugs, and thermal management systems. You will work collaboratively across departments to translate innovative concepts into actionable strategies, ensuring their successful execution. Based in China, you will serve as a key contact for applications in automotive electronics and battery systems, connecting with the Asian commercial team from our Shanghai office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the global Automotive Electrical Powertrain Innovation Segment as if it were your own business.
- Evaluate market trends and customer requirements to inform the Envalior product and technology roadmap.
- Provide technical expertise in Electrical Powertrain, particularly in high-voltage and thermal management areas.
- Support the global E-Powertrain and Automotive Electronics segments in Asia with customer projects, acting as a liaison with the Mobility team and the Asian Envalior commercial team.
- Demonstrate technical knowledge in automotive e-powertrain applications such as high-voltage charging systems, e-motors, inverters, and busbars.
- Exhibit technical expertise in Automotive Electronics for applications such as Sensors, Connectors, Electrical Control Units (ECUs), Car Computers, and zonal architectures.
- Drive the development of new applications and technologies aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
